Professional Decorating for New Builds & Conversions

Decorating a new build or a fresh extension requires a specific approach. New
plaster is highly absorbent and prone to "settlement cracks" as the building dries out.

GCM Decorators provides a specialist service for new constructions and home conversions,
ensuring that the first decorative layers are applied correctly to prevent future issues.

We start with professional "mist-coating" to seal new plaster, followed by a meticulous
sanding process to ensure a level surface. We work closely with homeowners and builders
to coordinate our schedule, ensuring that your new space is ready to move into exactly when
you need it. Whether it’s a modern loft conversion or a large-scale house extension, we bring
a "Master Craftsman" finish to every square inch.

Our team is equipped to handle large-scale projects efficiently, providing everything from
internal woodwork finishing to external masonry painting. We offer expert color consultation
to help you choose a palette that maximizes the light and space of your new layout. Every
project is backed by our 5-year guarantee, ensuring that your new home remains beautiful
long after the builders have left
